Nails
Valentine Nails:
Apply two thin coats of French White to entire nail plate. Flash to set.
Using Reckless Red, place two small dots with the back end of your brush at the
center of the nail, Then pull the color down to a point to form a heart. Cure
for 1 ½ minutes.
