Pink and White Polka Dots

Pink and White Polka-Dots:  Mix a small amount of Reckless Red into French White to create a pale pink. Apply to entire nail plate. Cure for 10 seconds. Using the back end of your brush, add French White dots to entire nail. Cure 10 seconds. Apply Hyper-Finish to entire nail plate for that smooth slick finish. Cure for 1 ½ minutes.
