Polka Dots

Polka Dots: Apply two thin coats of french white, cure for 10-15 seconds. Mix Reckless Red and French White to make a deep or pale pink. Using the back end of your brush, Place small dots all over nail plate. Cure for 1 ½ minutes. Leave textured or apply a coat of Hyper-Base to smooth surface.
