Mood Air Brushing

Mood air brushing : Apply overlay, cure fully and buff off shine. Apply your favorite Mood polish or any polish or any Quintessence color. Lightly buff off shine and air brush the desired design. DO NOT APPLY TOP COAT. Now apply Hyper-Finish and cure.
