Fish Bowl

Fish Bowl:  Mix Yearning Yellow with a small amount of Beguiling Blue to create a soft green. Apply color to entire nail plate, cure for 10 seconds. Using a very fine pointed brush, paint on small fish using any color you want. Flash to set. Then add seaweed and sand with beyond black. Flash to set. Add bubbles from fish mouths using French White. Cure 10 seconds. Apply Hyper Base over entire nail for a glass bowl finish. Cure for 1 minute.
