Fancy Feathers

Fancy Feathers : Apply two thin coats of French white and flash to set. Place feather onto tacky surface and pat into place. Cure for 10-15 seconds. Cut excess feather off. Apply Hyper-Base to entire nail plate and cure for 1 ½ minutes.
